Lindholm Looking At 5-6 Months of Rehabilitation
By Michael Walters
The Anaheim Ducks club doctor, Dr. Orr Limpisvasti, performed the operation last Tuesday, which went well, but there was more damage to the shoulder than expected. Lindholm plans to start rehabilitation this Monday and will stay in California for 3-4 weeks before heading back to Sweden for the rest of summer. It looks like Lindholm will be out for at least the first month of the 2017-18 NHL season.
Sami Vatanen also had shoulder surgery this past week and he is expected to have a long recovery time as well.
