Anaheim Outlook
The Anaheim Ducks are off to a franchise tying best 4-1-0. The Ducks will finish up their road trip in Boston. Anaheim is currently 2-1-0 on the trip. They beat Detroit, then played in back-to-back contests losing in Pittsburgh and winning in Columbus.
The Ducks defense has been absolutely stellar only giving up six goals in five games. Anaheim is averaging 1.20 goals against which is the best in the league. The penalty kill is 93.8% efficient, which is third-best in the league. One glaring area of concern is the power play, which is still yet to convert this season.
Cam Fowler and Jakob Silfverberg lead the team in scoring with two goals.

Sam Steel(mid-body injury) was activated of the IR.

Boston Outlook
The Boston Bruins are off to a 4-1-0 start like the Anaheim Ducks. The Bruins have beaten Dallas, Arizona, Vegas, and New Jersey. Their only loss came to Colorado.
Like the Ducks, the Bruins have played solid defense only averaging 1.60 goals against per game which second best in the league only to Anaheim. Boston has given up eight goals in five games. Boston’s power play has been decent at 23.1% efficiency, but their penalty kill is only 78.6% efficient.
Brad Marchand leads the team in scoring with four goals.
