Anaheim Outlook
The Anaheim Ducks are coming off a 5-2 loss to the Vegas Golden Knights. The Ducks scored first in the contest, but the Golden Knights scored four straight to build a 4-1 lead. Anaheim was able to get one goal back but eventually lost 5-2. Several bad turnovers lead directly to several goals for Vegas. Anaheim closed out the month of December going 5-7-1.
The Ducks will have another strong test today as they take on the Arizona Coyotes. These two teams have played each other twice already. The Ducks won the season opener 2-1 and lost the recent match 4-3 in a shootout. This will be a different Coyotes team, however, as they now have Taylor Hall on their roster.
Jakob Silfverberg leads the team with 14 goals.
