Analysis:
The Ducks played well in this contest, but only for the first 40 minutes. Anaheim had a good start to the game and when Arizona made a push, the Ducks pushed back. All-Star bound SIlfverberg got his team-leading 15th goal and Max Jones broke his scoring drought with a nice move with his stick. In the third, the Ducks threw their defense out the window and left Gibson out to dry at the beginning of the period. Once Anaheim able got down by two goals that was all she wrote in this one.
Team Notes/Stats:
Rickard Rakell was placed on the IR.
Chris Wideman was recalled but was a healthy scratch for this contest.
