Podcast: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

The Anaheim Ducks returned home to play three games against Nashville, Columbus, and Dallas. The Ducks were able to beat the Predators in a dramatic fashion with a shootout goal by Ryan Getzlaf. This week the Ducks also honored Corey Perry and Andrew Cogliano when they returned to Anaheim as members of the Dallas Stars.

After recently being announced as an All-Star, Jakob Silfverberg decided to withdraw due to his wife expecting a baby in the near future. He has been excused from the event and will not be suspended. Max Pacioretty was named as his replacement instead of Getzlaf to the surprise of some(including myself). I spoke to the Athletic’s Eric Stephens about the All-Star situation and share his comments on the show.
