Anaheim Outlook

Anaheim finished the road trip with a 3-2 win over Buffalo. The Ducks got out to a 3-0 lead and then had to rely heavily on Ryan Miller to preserve the lead and earn the victory. Miller tied Mike Vernon for 15th place on the all-time wins list for NHL goalies.

The Ducks will face the Blues for the third and final time this season. Anaheim won the first contest 4-1 thanks to a Derek Grant hat trick. St. Louis then returned the favor by also winning 4-1 in the second meeting.

Adam Henrique leads the team with 18 goals.

Team News:

Erik Gudbranson was placed on the IR. He was seen with his arm in a sling per the Athletic’s Eric Stephens.

Ondrej Kase was scratched in the last game against Buffalo due to the flu per the Ducks.

Josh Mahura was reassigned to San Diego.

St. Louis Outlook

The Blues continue to lead the way in the Central Division and Western Conference with 73 points. They have slipped a little bit going 3-5-2 in their last 10 games. They are coming off a 3-2 overtime loss to Dallas. The Blues built a 2-0 lead in the first period, but eventually, the Stars tied the game and then won in overtime.
