From the professional hockey beat writers to the Anaheim Ducks fans, one thing that they all can agree on is that something needs to change with the team.

The Ducks were able to end a nine game losing streak, with two wins over Colorado and Los Angeles. But then the team suffered two blowout losses afterward. The strengths the Ducks had were their penalty kill and defense, which have both started to collapse. The penalty kill is now ranked 22nd at 76.0%, when it was in the top ten for most of the season. Anaheim gives up 3.21 goals on average per game, which is 23rd in the league.

On this show we discuss some of the changes that should be made with the organization, which includes replacing General Manager Bob Murray and/or Head Coach Dallas Eakins. We also discuss potential trades the team could look at.
