Future Looks Bright In Anaheim
By Michael Walters
The Anaheim Ducks finished their road trip earning 8 out of a possible 10 points. The team didn’t play their best, but they were able to earn points in all five games they played on the road.
During the All-Star break, the Ducks made their selection of Pat Verbeek as their new General Manager. He joins the team at a critical time as the trade deadline approaches. The team has several key unrestricted free agents coming up at the end of season.
Meanwhile Trevor Zegras, Troy Terry, and John Gibson participated in the All-Star Weekend. Zegras did an insane blindfolded shot during the breakaway challenge that stole the show. There were also other entertaining moments when they were mic’d up on ice.
We discuss how the future is looking bright in Anaheim and how much fun Ducks hockey is to watch.
