Anaheim Outlook

The Ducks return home after going 1-1-1 on the road trip so far. They were blown out by the St. Louis Blues 7-2. Anaheim then earned a point against Dallas after losing 4-3 in overtime. They then finished the trip with a 4-1 win against Nashville.

Anaheim is currently 11 points behind the St. Louis Blues for the final wild card spot in the Western Conference.

Carolina Outlook 

The Hurricanes took on the Los Angeles Kings yesterday and were blown out 7-2. LA jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first period and then was up 6-0 in the second period before the Canes got on the board. Seth Jarvis slammed into the boards early in the third period and had to leave the game. He is questionable for tonight.

Carolina is 15-16-3 on the road this season and is currently in second place in the Metropolitan Division.
