Anaheim Outlook

The Ducks went on a brief two game road trip playing in Chicago and St. Louis. Anaheim went up early in both games, but had different results. They built a 3-0 lead in Chicago and eventually lost 5-3. In St. Louis, the Ducks went up 2-0 early and eventually won 4-1.

Anaheim deployed a 11-7 lineup configuration against St. Louis, scratching Nikita Nesterenko and Ryan Strome. It will be interesting to see what the lineup looks like for tonight’s contest.

Lukas Dostal was placed on the IR and is expected to be out 2-3 weeks with an upper-body injury.

Mikael Granlund (lower-body) has been skating and might play at the end of the homestand or the next road trip.

The Mammoth are currently on a four game losing streak. They have lost to Montreal, Dallas, St. Louis, and San Jose. This is there second meeting against Anaheim. They lost to the Ducks 3-2 in overtime back on November 17th.
