The Bolts Look to Face the Pens in a Rematch
By: Philip Wunderlich
A rematch? What are you talking about Philip? I’m talking about an unfortunate loss to the Penguins about a week ago. It was our first game back from the All Star Break and well…the rust showed. The Lightning look to get the win tonight however and let’s find out how they match up.
Tampa Bay Outlook:
Again the Bolts are looking to rebound from that loss, however that is not the only loss that they need to rebound from. The Bolts lost 1-0 the other night as they faced the Blues. The Pens are coming off a 3 game losing streak but the Bolts still need to play that iconic hockey term, “a full 60” tonight so we can come up on top tonight.
Tampa Bay Lines:
Offense
Palat – Stamkos – Kucherov
Gourde – Point – Johnson
Killorn – Cirelli – Miller
Erne – Paquette – Joseph
Defense
Hedman – Girardi
McDonagh – Cernak
Coburn – Sergachev
Goalies
Vasilevskiy
Domingue
Pittsburgh Outlook:
The Penguins are coming off a 3 game losing streak but based on the roster it looks like an All Star game roster. The All Stars though need to get going if they want to be successful against the top team in the league. The Lightning are no easy team to play against especially inside Amalie Arena.
Pittsburgh Lines:
Offense
Guentzel – Crosby – Rust
Pearson – Bjugstad – Kessel
Simon – McCann – Hornqvist
Blueger – Cullen – Wilson
Defense
Petterson – Letang
Dumoulin – Johnson
Maatta – Riikola
Goalies
Murray’s
DeSmith
