Bolts Look to Deliver a Sweet Win on Valentine’s Day

Tonight the Bolts will look to get their 4th consecutive win after defeating the Flames 6-3 on Tuesday night. They will be facing the Dallas Stars, this will be the second and final matchup between these two teams with the first one ending in a 2-0 Lightning shutout victory. The Bolts will look to make it a series sweep with a win tonight. Let’s take a quick look at how these two teams match up before puck drop.
Tampa Outlook
The Bolts will once again look to further themselves from the rest of the NHL with another win tonight. Nikita Kucherov remains the NHL points leader with 88 and will also look to extend his lead tonight as well. The Bolts will be without Erik Cernak as he is still out with a lower-body injury and is day to day. Cooper told reporters that Palat is a possibility to return, but there is no guarantee. Coming into tonight, the Bolts own the top-ranked power play with a 29.6% success rate. As for the penalty kill the Bolts are ranked 3rd in the NHL with an 84.2% success rate. The Stars will need to continue their good PK as they face the Bolts who own the best PP in the NHL. The Stars will need to find a way to shut down the Booffensence as they have been hot as of late.
