Getzlaf Buys A House In Coto De Caza
By Michael Walters
Ryan Getzlaf recently purchased a home in Coto De Caza for about $5 million.
In July of 2020, Getzlaf had listed his previous home in Coto, which was eventually sold. That residence has a chef’s kitchen, a custom mudroom, six bedrooms, and nine bathrooms within about 10,000 square feet of living space. There is also a small outdoor hockey rink, a putting green, a lighted batting cage, and a chicken coop which was made infamous during a zoom interview last year.
The new residence doesn’t have a hockey rink, but it does have a basketball court, putting green, and a swimming pool with a spa. This house has five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, an office, a media room, and a wine cellar. It also has a chef’s kitchen like the previous residence in Coto.
Getzlaf’s contact is set to expire this summer and there hasn’t been an official word on if he will be returning to Anaheim or not. We discussed the strong possibility of him returning to the Ducks next season on the podcast recently.
