Podcast: Ducks Push Forward Without Drysdale
By Michael Walters
The Anaheim Ducks finally ended their seven game losing streak on Sunday against the Toronto Maple Leafs. The Ducks had to battle the refs and the Leafs in order to pull off an overtime win. Hopefully the Ducks can built some momentum off the win. Moving forward now it looks like they may have to do it without Jamie Drysdale for the remainder of the season. He suffered a torn labrum the team announced this week and will be out 4-6 months.
If the Ducks want to turn things around, then the special teams(among other things) need to improve. They have had trouble converting on the power play and keeping opponents off the board when shorthanded. We discuss the work in progress in Anaheim as we break down the recent week of games and team news on the show.
