Anaheim Outlook
The Ducks continue their homestand against the Detroit Red Wings. Anaheim has lost their last three games in a row. They hosted Florida and lost 5-3. Last Wednesday they then lost to Minnesota 4-1. They then took on the Chicago Blackhawks during the weekend and were build a 2-0 lead, but ending up losing 3-2 on a late goal at the end of the third period. The Ducks are still looking for their first win in regulation this season.

Derek Grant (upper-body injury) was placed on the IR(retroactive to November 3rd).
Kevin Shattenkirk (lower-body injury) was placed on the IR.
Jamie Drysdale will be out with a torn labrum(left shoulder) for 4-6 months.
Urho Vaakanainen suffered an upper-body injury when he slammed into the boards during a preseason game against the San Jose Sharks. He is currently on the IR.
John Moore is also on the IR with an undisclosed injury.

Detroit Outlook
The Red Wings are currently on a three game losing streak like the Ducks. Detroit lost 3-2 in a shootout to Montreal and then were blown out 8-2 by the New York Rangers. The Red Wings then went on the road and lost their first road game 4-3 to Los Angeles.
