Anaheim Outlook

The Ducks are currently on a three game winning streak. They beat the Washington Capitals 4-2 and then followed that up with a 3-2 win over the Carolina Hurricanes. Washington Outlook 

The Capitals were involved in two high scoring affairs this past weekend. They beat the New York Rangers 6-3 on Saturday and then lost 7-4 to the Buffalo Sabres on Sunday. Washington has gone 3-7-0 in their last 10 games and they are battling for a wild card playoff spot. They are three points out of a playoff spot, but they are in the running with six other teams for the two wild spots in the Eastern Conference.

Washington averages 3.02 goals per game and they give up 2.98 against. They have been 21.3% efficient on the power play and 82.1% efficient on the penalty kill.
