Anaheim Outlook
The Anaheim Ducks earned a point in Colorado on Friday night. The Ducks had an early 2-0 lead, but then found themselves down by a goal late in the contest. Troy Terry was able to score with just 12.6 seconds to go to force OT. The Ducks lost in the extra session, but still ended up earning a point despite the sloppy performance.
An early concern for Anaheim is their special teams play. They have gone 0-for-14 on the power play. While shorthanded they have killed off 11 of 14 penalties good for 78.6%. The Ducks have been solid defensively blocking 79 shots in their first four contests. The Ducks at even strength have a CF% of 44.25% and a FF% of 44.29%.
Troy Terry leads the team in scoring with three goals.
