Anaheim Outlook

The Ducks lost their first two games on the road trip. Anaheim played a tight battle with the New York Rangers, but ended up losing 2-1. The Ducks then took on the New Jersey Devils. Anaheim took an early 1-0 lead, but New Jersey then scored the next five goals enroute to a 6-2 victory.

In the last contest, the Ducks beat the New York Islanders. Anaheim got two power play goals to build a 2-0 lead and ended up winning 3-1.

An early concern for Anaheim has been special teams play. The Ducks are currently 6.9% efficient with the extra man. Shorthanded they are sitting at 79.2% efficiency. The Ducks at even strength have a CF% of 42.47% and a FF% of 42.68%.

Troy Terry leads the team in scoring with five goals.

Pittsburgh Outlook 

The Penguins are in the middle of a six game losing streak. They lost to Carolina and then had a rough road trip to Canada where they lost all four games. They lost their last game 5-3 to Minnesota. The Pens had started the season 3-2-0 before the losing streak.
