Anaheim Outlook

The Anaheim Ducks are coming off an exciting 5-4 shootout victory over the Nashville Predators. The game was a back-and-forth battle that needed overtime and then a shootout to decide a winner. The shootout went five rounds with Captain Ryan Getzlaf finally winning it for Anaheim.

The Ducks continue the homestand tonight against the Columbus Blue Jackets. These two teams met once this season back on October 11th, 2019 in Columbus. Cam Fowler and Jakob Silfverberg scored and Ryan Miller stopped 26 of 27 shots on net en route to a 2-1 victory.

Columbus Outlook

The Blue Jackets are coming off a 4-2 win against the Los Angeles Kings last night. The Kings would score first, but the Blue Jackets responded with three goals en route to a 4-2 victory. Columbus is 7-1-2 in their last 10 games and sits in 6th place in the Metropolitan Division.

Columbus averages 2.63 goals per game and gives up 2.70 against on average. Their special teams have been average with a 16.7% efficient power play and 80.8% efficiency while on the penalty kill.

Pierre-Luc Dubois leads the team in scoring with 14 goals.
