Voting Results(Only Top Three Listed):
Lukáš Dostál, Ilves 244 (39-16-1)
Henrik Haukeland, KooKoo 157 (14-25-12)
Justus Annunen, Kärpät 63 (4-10-13)
A third-round draft pick in 2018(85th overall), Dostál signed a three-year entry-level deal back in May of 2019 with Anaheim. The contract is worth $2,775,000 million with an AAV of $925,000. There is a performance bonus of $132,500 for the first two years of the contract per Cap Friendly.
He’ll have a chance to compete for a spot in San Diego this coming season. It is going to be a crowded net with Kevin Boyle, Anthony Stolarz, and Olle Eriksson Ek all in the mix. The Ducks also just signed Roman Durny this past week. Boyle and Ryan Miller are unrestricted free agents this summer, so if they both don’t return then Dostál could see more playing time.
